For more than 30 years, Dorian L. Wells has been helping individuals, families, nonprofit organizations, faith-based institutions and small businesses reach their highest points of success.

Dorian’s unparalleled abilities to help early to mid-career professionals and families overcome obstacles to success in personal growth and financial success is evident by his success in increasing two different Church-based Singles Ministries by 1,100% (5-60 members) and by 1,900% (2-40 members) respectively.

Dorian’s successful coaching techniques have helped individuals and families in urban, suburban and rural contexts.

As Sr. Pastor of the South Berne Church in rural Berne, NY, Dorian’s ability to help families and people reach their highest points of success can be seen in that he grew the congregation from 12 people to a high of 60 attendees in attendance one Sunday in less than 5 years.

Through personalized executive coaching, Dorian has successfully assisted individuals in launching real estate investment concerns, restaurants, consulting firms, retails shops and more.

However, it’s Dorian’s coaching of nonprofit executives and pastors that really sets him apart.

He has coached nonprofit executives in obtaining $40,000 and $50,000 major gifts (i.e. outright financial gifts by living individuals).

He once coached a nonprofit head in obtaining a $25,000 presenting sponsorship (the most in that agency’s history). Moreover, Dorian coached a nonprofit leader in obtaining $30,000 in approximately 30 days—a feat Dorian accomplished himself as Chief Development Officer for a small, community library.

Drawing on his exhaustive experience ranging from Program Management to Major Gifts to Nonprofit Finance and Ministry, Dorian has changed the lives of hundreds of nonprofit and faith-based leaders.

A holder of five academic degrees, Dorian holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible, Pastorology and Communication-English/Writing from Pillsbury College (Owatonna, MN). He earned the Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership & Development from Philadelphia Biblical University (Langhorne, PA) and he holds the Master of Divinity from Biblical Seminary (Hatfield, PA).

Dorian lives with his wife and two children in Upstate New York.
